Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Healer.care (“Healer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Healer website, platform, products, services, and medication ordering services.

By accessing Healer.care, creating an account, placing an order, or using any Healer service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use Healer.care

1. About  Healer.care

Healer.care is a technology-enabled health and medication ordering platform designed to simplify treatment and access to everyday health products and medications.

Healer provides members with access to medication and treatment order requests. A treatment order request is a request submitted by a member of Healer.care for assessment and potential fulfillment of treatment or health products based on the information provided by and to the member. Members can select their symptoms and severity and place orders where medication is appropriate, legally available, and capable of being fulfilled.

Healer.care is not a substitute for emergency medical care, diagnosis, or professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Healer.care

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform, particularly information relating to your symptoms, health circumstances, allergies, medications, medical history, age, and other information relevant to an order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Symptom-Based Ordering

Healer.care is designed around the way people experience health rather than requiring users to know the name of a medication before ordering.

You may be asked to select a symptom and describe its severity and other relevant information.

The information you provide does not constitute a medical diagnosis.

The availability of a medication does not mean that medication is appropriate for every person experiencing the selected symptom.

A treatment order request may be reviewed by a pharmacist, healthcare professional, or other appropriately authorized party where required or appropriate. Where professional assessment, pharmacist review, prescription authorization, or other legal or clinical requirements apply, an order may be reviewed, modified, declined, or cancelled.

4. Medication Orders

Submitting a treatment order request through Healer.care constitutes a request for assessment and potential fulfillment of the requested treatment, medication, or health product. It does not guarantee that an order will be accepted, prescribed, dispensed, supplied, or fulfilled.

Healer may decline, modify, substitute, or cancel an order where required because of:

  • Medical or clinical considerations

  • Prescription requirements

  • Medication availability

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Incorrect or incomplete information

  • Safety concerns

  • Suspected misuse or abuse

  • Delivery limitations

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Any other legal or operational requirement

Where applicable, medications may be dispensed or supplied in accordance with applicable pharmacy and healthcare requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information.

  • Use medications only as directed.

  • Not provide medications obtained through Healer.care to another person.

  • Not misuse, resell, or unlawfully distribute medication.

  • Inform Healer or the applicable healthcare professional of relevant allergies, medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other circumstances when requested.

  • Follow all instructions accompanying your medication.

  • Seek professional medical attention when appropriate.

You are responsible for seeking immediate medical attention when your symptoms are severe, worsening, unusual, or potentially life-threatening.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Healer.care offers the following membership plans:

Annual Plan: $23.88 per year ($1.99 per month equivalent), billed annually. The Annual Plan provides up to two (2) treatment order requests per month during the active membership period.

Monthly Plan: $12.99 per month, billed monthly. The Monthly Plan provides unlimited treatment order requests during the active membership period.

A treatment order request means a request submitted through Healer.care for treatment, medication, or health products based on the member's selected symptoms, severity, and other information provided. A treatment order request does not guarantee that medication, treatment, or any particular product will be provided. Each request remains subject to applicable medical, pharmacy, legal, regulatory, safety, availability, and fulfillment requirements. Unused treatment order requests do not accumulate or carry forward to subsequent months unless expressly stated otherwise. Membership fees provide access to the applicable membership benefits and do not guarantee the provision of medication or treatment.

Prices displayed through Healer.care are subject to change.

You authorize Healer and its applicable payment providers to charge the payment method provided for accepted orders, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other disclosed charges.

Healer may correct pricing, availability, or product information errors and may cancel an affected order where necessary.

7. Delivery

Healer.care aims to provide delivery within the timeframe displayed or communicated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of medication availability, pharmacy processing, weather, transportation, regulatory requirements, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside Healer's reasonable control.

Applicable delivery charges for eligible treatment order requests are included in the applicable membership benefits unless otherwise stated at checkout.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase. Cancellation of a membership does not necessarily cancel an order or treatment request that has already been submitted or accepted. Because medications and health products may be subject to safety and regulatory restrictions, products that have been dispensed, shipped, or delivered may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by law or otherwise stated in Healer's Refund Policy.

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in Healer's Refund Policy.

Orders may be cancelled where permitted by their status and applicable law.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Healer to:

  • Obtain medication for another person without authorization.

  • Provide false or misleading health information.

  • Obtain medication for unlawful purposes.

  • Resell or redistribute medication.

  • Circumvent prescription or medication restrictions.

  • Abuse promotional offers or payment systems.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to Healer or Healer.care systems or accounts.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify Healer.care promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Healer may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users, Healer, healthcare partners, or the integrity of the platform.

11. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Healer.care does not guarantee that a medication will resolve a symptom or produce a particular health outcome.

Information provided through Healer.care is intended to assist with the ordering and use of everyday health products and is not a diagnosis or replacement for professional medical advice.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

Healer.care does not guarantee the availability, suitability, effectiveness, or outcome of any medication or health product.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healer.care and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healer.care and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or unlawful conduct.

18. Suspension & Termination

Healer.care may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time where reasonably necessary, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, safety concerns, legal requirements, or protection of the platform and its users.

19. Changes to These Terms

Healer.care may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on Healer.care unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Healer.care after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights or requirements under applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with Healer’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Legal Disclaimer, and any additional terms expressly applicable to specific services, constitute the agreement between you and Healer concerning your use of the platform.
